Was expecting to be paid more hence the cost of living is very different to Durban.

Pros: Culture exchange
Cons: All things are far and one needs to have transport to be at all places but with poor salary having to cover a lot of expenses it is really impossible to option own transport at this point

Pros: Challenging and emotionally rewarding if goal is reached
Cons: Less accountability from employer. Unreasonable dress code

Stressful, pleasurable and never ending.

Pros: I get to help people decide their future on a financial base.
Cons: Over load in new schools, not getting the appropriate training to understand the schools and QA unfairly with recent schools trained without a coaching period to let you know what you have done wrong to correct the mistake.

Pretty but commutes are horrible.

Pros: It's great to be able to walk around central easy to get to places and be able to meet up with friends who also work in central plus its really pretty at night time.
Cons: I don't like the commuter lifestyle and the weather it's so depressing and just brings down your whole mood

Cons: There is no framework for internal promotion. High performers aren't rewarded.
