Pros: Some of the people I work with are very intelligent and I can learn a lot from them
Cons: Management has done a poor job of making us competitive in the market which has led to fewer new projects, decreased work load, and layoffs

Pros: Less traffic and lower rent, than for example in Johannesburg.
Cons: Further from sites, like example Germiston where I have to go to frequently

Cons: Terrible traffic, bad weather, lack of ethnic food options, lots of racists.

Pros: Kansas City is a not super crowded, not particularly crime laden, has cold winters, hot summers, and mild springs and falls (as it should be), and has the same jobs as other large-ish cities. Not a great place to visit, but a nice, uneventful place to live and work.
