Structural Engineer:
Pros: I like the challenge of taking on projects that are unique and give me exposure. I also like and get along with my boss.
Cons: The lack of project involvement for me to this point.

Cons: Salary.

Do not take a shortcut, the more time and effort you give, the more you learn. Have patience and be positive always even if you go through a rough time. Believe in your strength. Look after your health and be safe always.

Pros: I get to use the skills and knowledge I acquired in college to create designs that other people will use for their homes and businesses.
Cons: Poor architects and engineers of record can really make jobs that should be straightforward into a big hassle.

Pros: Working for a large firm with the opportunity to change the area of work.
Cons: Working from home, being able to work on multiple projects and see them through from start to finish.
