Strength and Conditioning Coach Reviews
What is it like working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach?
February 2017
Great experience.
Strength and Conditioning Coach in Pretoria:
Pros: The people, and the connections made through work.
Cons: Traffic, some of the infrastructure not complete.
October 2015
Conditioning Coach.
Strength and Conditioning Coach:
Pros: Flexible hours, work indoors and outdoors, assisting with health and conditioning plans.
Cons: New/Unknown field in education, association with Phys Ed.
July 2014
Never Enough.
Strength and Conditioning Coach:
Do not go into education. Back in the day, paying someone to help you stay motivated to workout; was like buying bottled water. It made no sense. Now people only drink bottled water, and they need someone to get them off their glutenous maximus.
I can go back to school to be a Administrator, not. I work in a public school and our field is a dumping ground. I enjoy working with young athletes that have pride in their personal goals. I enjoy watching bodies and minds mature. Strength and Conditioning is great, but in the Education program it is not respected.
I would enjoy working for a gym or setting up appointments.
