Strategic Partnership Manager:
The position and the management is great. The salary is significantly under what others in my field are paid. The culture is a work hard, play hard culture for the most part. However since we are a flat organization your work hard is not always rewarded with promotions within the company, which can be frustrating for high achievers leading them to leave.
