May 2016
WORING IN THE MOTOR INDUSTRY.
Stock Controller:
IF YOU HAVE A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN, TAKE INITIATIVE AND ASSERT YOURSELF YOU WILL MASTER YOUR ROLE QUITE QUICKLY. STRESS LEVELS AND FRUSTRATION DEPEND ON THOSE AROUND YOU NOT FULFILLING THEIR RESPONSIBILTIES. THE WORK NEEDS TO GET DONE, NO MATTER WHAT AND IN MY EXPERIENCE I END OP FULFILLING OTHERS RESPONSIBILIES AS A RESULT WITH NO CONSEQUENCES FOR THEM. ALSO IF OTHERS JOIN THE COMPANY AFTER YOU IN THE SAME POSITION, THEIR SALARY IS HIGHER THAN YOURS. AND YOU PROBABLY STILL HAVE TO TRAIN THEM AS WELL.
