May 2019
Sterile Processing Technician in Bangor:
I think the pay rate should be hire for those who have at least 2 plus years of experience and more for those certified. The pay rate between some one with no experience and someone who is certified with 10 experience is very close which makes no sense. People with many years getting paid 18 and hour compared to people in training with no experience making 16 is not flattering and makes you wonder has the last 10 years been worth it really.
April 2019
Extremely Busy and challenging. Understaffed.
Sterile Processing Technician in Portsmouth:
Pros: Many of the people are great!
Cons: The pay is not commensurate with review/performance process. There is no structure to the review/pay increase process. New employees being hired are making more coming in then employees already employed.
March 2019
Fast paved.
Sterile Processing Technician in Jacksonville:
Pros: People
Cons: Time management
