Pros: I like being able to solve problems as they appear and finding ways to get my work done as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Cons: Sometimes I'm not able to solve problems because of poor planning or implementation of computer software. I have to jump through hoops in order to get work done in a lot of cases.
