The drama and pettiness of upper leadership is bar none the most ridiculous aspect of this job. The entire executive and senior leadership group here are all previous friends/coworkers and if not part of that group you will never move forward. Retaliation is 100% supported here. You will be termed if someone doesn't like you. Or they will make your life absolutely miserable until you leave to stop the uncaused anxiety.
If you like chaos and constant change with everything being a fire drill and no real proactive goals or planning. This is the place for you. Pay does not near substantiate what you deal with on the daily with this company. No autonomy or power to make decisions for your dept with out constant micromanaging.
