Phoenix is a great city to work in.

Pros: I am a native to Phoenix with all my family living here in the metropolitan area. I have worked in the Valley since 1982. The cost of living is good. Phoenix doesn't have any weather conditions to be of concern.
Cons: The summer heat can be extreme and does increase monthly expenses in regards to electricity.
