Pros: The job opportunities when they're not extremely competitive, and that the company really is trying to better the increase the moral in the workplaces and looking into any and all dissatisfactions
Cons: The lack of collaboration between days and nights, and all the overflow of work into the dayshift that we are forced to take on almost every single day. Its more work than what we signed up for.
