Love what you do!
Special Events Manager:
Pros: I thoroughly enjoy logistics, planning and seeing all your hardwork come together for others to enjoy. I love being able to work in the arts and help continue the growth of this realm by being able to support it with my fundraising and event efforts.
Cons: Currently not having and event team and doing more than the actual role of an event manager. There seems to be a lack of accountability however, colleagues love to have their hands in every pot.
