Teaching in Northview is learning in Northview. The community is forever changing and become more "diverse" in all aspects of the word.

Cons: Too much transitioning of administration/administrators and that we are broke as a district.

Pros: Love working with my students they make every day worth while.
Cons: You're not guaranteed to get paid on time and made to feel that you should be grateful that you're getting paid for the work that you have done. Nepotism is out of control, and the staff is afraid to say anything in regards to improving concerns because the schools head will berate and embarrass you in front of everyone, it's awful.
