Pros: I enjoy watching students grow into more than they thought they could accomplish, when they are pushed to do so!
Cons: I do not like the extended paperwork that has to be done, but most of it is required.

Rewarding with students.

Pros: I love working with the students and researching new ways of learning. I really don't mind the paper works that comes with my job. I enjoy writing the IEP's and learning new things. I love sharing what ai have learned with my colleagues.
Cons: I feel that sometimes we are not all on the same page. Some of the teachers do not like to share new things that they have learned. I don't always feel appreciated.

Students Come First.

Pros: At PA Virtual, students come first. They are supported in as many ways as a child can be.
Cons: Education is a tricky business while balancing boundaries. It is hard to go home at the end of the day and it is hard to do what is possible for each student on the very little funding education is given.
