Over-worked, under-appreciated/paid, too many "house keeping" rules, cannot work remote as a tech company.

Pros: Honestly love the job, but the pay does not equate the work or dedication put into things. Also, my coworkers.
Cons: Training is awful, for the first 5 years you only get 2 weeks PTO, the pay is low, the expectations are high, upper-management hates admitting fault but loves to call it out on others in staff meetings, CEO

Pros: When I fix whatever issues arise and I do not have to ask for anything to address the problem
Cons: Being in a support role in any company can be a challenge. I just can't believe how little the president and all the way down to the receiving personnel
