Cons: Limited role, cannot influence project management decisions, cannot decide the salaries, no training programs, no proper infrastructure, no bonus, no work from home, no good healthcare facilities, no cafeteria, no coffee vending machine, no stationary, narrow work space, no laptops, less salary, too many freshers at any time so lot of training, mentoring and monitoring.
