Challenging and Interesting at the same time.

Pros: Spending time to think on how can we solve a problem and later implementing it. Making mistakes and learning from them.
Cons: At the present company, they won't give consistent work or allot some work for longer or reasonable period. It would be less than a week or 3 days. They keep changing the assigned tasks and come up with lot of unrelated work to our profile and considers it as our job to do. No flexible timings. Stressful due to unrelated and discontinued pieces of work. Not covering anything up to basics or not getting any grip on what we do. We find it not so useful and bad practices.
