I have been working with this company for more than 9 years and it's been changed a lot after 2010. No proper evaluation will be done by HRs regarding salary hikes or promotion. Now a days lot of favoritism happens here. Can you believe that my role is same in the system for the last 9.3 years though I'm certified in HP AIS, ISTQB. Bottom Line - If you don't ask, you don't get anything. ;-) and your rating depends on last three years performance, doesn't matter how well you are doing the current year. Unfortunately if your project terminates in december or early Jan, your rating will be changed to 4 PIP despite your efforts put for the last one year.
Pros:
They will pay Complete bonus for rating 3.
You feel secured as there are lot of opportunities in different projects.
So if you are already working in a good MNC and lot of projects dont plan to join this.
