Social Worker:
Pleasant and clean working conditions. Co-workers are (mostly) quite pleasant and easy to deal with, as is my direct supervisor. Pay and benefits are excellent. The culture of the place is interesting; there are many people who have been working there for decades, though there still seems to be turnover in, perhaps, lower-level positions.
