Social Worker, Hospice:
It's like the Soviet Union became a hospice company. All quantity and no quality. Leadership is poor and complacent with little regard for doing the right thing when it matters. All about raising census but never about taking adequate care of that census by staffing even the minimal amount. Always reactive, never proactive.
