Poorly managed company. No accountabiliity at all of its emoloyees. Employees do not call in sick and can not come to work for months and they still have a job. Management does not care at all about the employees. No colture at all.

Pros: I can listen to music, my manager gives me control to run the department how I see fit, as long as product is going out ontime.
Cons: Not enough staff to keep up with all the orders. Customers can be unrealistic.

Everyday you never know what is going to happen.

Pros: Because you deal with so many different countries and trade laws, You have to be on top of what's going on. Tracking a shipment and answering. Questions with little lag in time with e-mails. Down loading scans, faxes, telephones call and correcting shipment errors.
Cons: It would have been nice if the true hours was from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. But norm is from 7-5:oo PM.
