Pros: I like this job just because its make me feel better work with my all effort easily no body pain after a shift easily to process the average scale for the company that make me feel better about my work for that particular company.
Cons: The most think that I make about my job is to work hard like I never work at home I like to comunicaty with my colligeas so that my work flow easly.

Ensure your job is being done efficiently before helping out other areas. In my company some workers notice the "hard" working people and let them do their work for them causing you more work and no more money.

Proper training in the whole department. Pulled orders, pack orders, shipped ups packages, pull orders for LTL trucks, shipments to various stated, mean manufacturing. Light machine assembly.My main job was shipping out truck orders.z little computer skills.

Pros: I put my headphones on and work at my own pace. The hours are good and it's full time work with benefits.
Cons: Some of the people in the warehouse. They are lazy, ignorant, have no regard or care for their job.
