Senior Technical Analyst Reviews
What is it like working as a Senior Technical Analyst?
September 2022
Great Company to work for if you put in the work.
Senior Technical Analyst in Austin:
Pros: This company allows for unlimited opportunities, as long as you put in the work. My experience has been mostly positive over the past 7 years, I do my job well, I take initiative to learn more as there are many talented folks on our team. I appreciate the performance based raises vs seniority based raises. This allows me to continue to learn things that interest me surrounding technology and I can tell the leadership team is more interested in placing me in roles that I would enjoy instead of assigning me roles just so they can keep me around. Since the beginning, I’ve always heard of leadership being very adamant about retention, and my experience speaks to that. I never planned on staying more than 5 years with this company, I’m coming up on 8 years and still don’t plan on leaving.
Cons: 401k matching could be better, Pension plans would be nice option to have. More remote employee employee events such as remote gatherings or activities just so we can see each other’s faces.
June 2022
Management has toomany ideas to implement in a very short span.
Senior Technical Analyst in Kolkata:
Pros: Good colleagues
Cons: Too many changes very soon
May 2021
Challenging and rewarding.
Senior Technical Analyst in Midvale:
Pros: That I’m always learning and helping others become better as well.
Cons: That I take on more work for less pay
June 2020
Not Worth for long tenure.
Senior Technical Analyst in Pune:
Pros: Work timing is good and it's near to home..that's all that I like about the company.
Cons: Direct Managers(almost everyone) are super manipulative individuals. They paint a distorted picture in front of higher management whereas the reality is different. The higher management never gets the real picture to fix things.
December 2019
Senior Technical Analyst in Philadelphia:
Upper management not in touch with the people who do the work. Raises are less then 2% but Upper management gives themselves large bonuses and pay increases. Avg salary increase < 2% for past five years. They are building a new corporate faculty in Jax Fl so salaries are most likely remains stagnant. Most hiring in in India. Can’t wait for a separation package which they have been doing more frequently.
August 2019
Great work environment with flexible scheduling.
Senior Technical Analyst in Orlando:
Pros: Growth opportunities
Cons: Micromanaging or time and outsourcing of jobs.
February 2019
Senior Technical Analyst:
Great environment to work in good training and friendly team oriented environment. Always encouraged to air views and suggestions taken on board and acted upon. Lots of social events and extra activities always something to look forward too.
