Amazing Team, Company Growing Too Fast - Lots of Politics.
Senior Solutions Architect in Denver:
Pros: The people are awesome. Leadership at the top is awesome.
Cons: Pay is a nebulous topic. Individuals share, against company policy, their pay levels and long term, high performing employees discover that they are paid 60% what the newer quiet quitters are making. Middle Management is packed with politics and personal positioning as the company grows rapidly. Cut-throat management in the middle level. Not a good situation. Given Senior Leadership's committment, I expect that the politics and pay issues will be worked out.
