Good leadership on the upper level, team leadership can be hit or miss. Great benefits, competitive pay, robust training budget for certifications and qualifications within your field/role. Training opportunities are common, and since the company has been orienting itself to perform as a top down solution for enterprise network security, the in house training is pretty awesome. All Symantec needs now is a SIEM to replace SSIM.
