Senior Sales Executive:
Insurance industry is going through a difficult time with lots changes by the Regulator. Agency channel model needed to a total overhauling. Work culture, knowledge and talent in front-line sales had been deteriorating drastically in last the 6-7 yrs. Creative and innovative initiatives should be implemented in this to improve a healthy work culture. Achieving sales parameters should be knowledge driven specially for the front-line sales people. For the new recruits, just follow your goal-sheets irrespective of what anyone says to you in the system. Be patient, don't be a job-hopper. Learn the tact of trade and teach your life advisers to do business in a cold market keeping a view of long term career for them. This will help you to build a stable distribution. Always keep in mind that if we are successful, its because of our customers and life advisers. So their growth is our growth.
