Scope, Hope And Lots Of Fun.
Senior Project Engineer:
Being one of the oldest, core and vast field, one can move to almost any technical field. As I always say and believe, Projects depend on Knowledge, Skills, Talent, Team Work and most importantly your understanding of the Project.
Always follow these steps,
1. Purpose: You should always understand the purpose of a particular project in terms of it's outcome, utility and impact.
2. Plan: If you are provided a plan by seniors understand it and make yourself at home. If you are asked to create a plan, then make the points mentioned in point 1 (Purpose) as your base and work towards making a real life plan instead of dreaming for miracles. Always consider customer expectations and your capabilities seriously.
3. Team: For a already set team, you should understand everyone in respect to their skills, talents, capabilities and knowledge-experience. But, If you have to make a team, then select people considering these characteristics.
