A company in transition.

Pros: EA is in one of the most challenging but fun industries. The nature of the work attracts a lot of very unique people with a wonderful mix of artistic skills and varied world experiences.
Cons: In many groups there is a top down approach that does not allow for enough autonomy and trust. The leadership team is aging and often does not understand what the younger generation of employees value and desire from their work. It feels like the company is approaching the tipping point of a larger transition.
