Pros: The large scope of the job, from market research, new suppliers qualification and contracting to contract management (contract negotiation, MSA, contract renewals, databases), to dispute resolution negotiations, supplier management, management information system and peocedures improvements, special projects. Responsible and successfully managing the full spectrum of Procurement activities, direct an indirect category management from procurement point of view.
Excellent board management team & business owners.
Cons: Constant push from the business to renegotiate contracts that are in force or recently closed by predecessor.
Disorganised information system.
No reward for going the extramile for the benefit of the company, huge savings and overtime.
