Pros: You learned new thing everyday. Can't get any schooling for this type of jobs. Worked on high tech tools and abatement system. Have to have wide knowledge of high/low pressure gas and chemical compounds. Deals with a lot of PLC control, program, vacuum, glycol and DI systems.
Cons: Not enough staff on shift to supports with daily task and non schedule repair and maintenance. Too many responsibilities and time constraint.
