Senior Intelligence Analyst in Fort Belvoir:
PAE was a good company to work for. The benefits were respectable and the corporate side let us do our job appropriately. Eight months into the job, I received an offer from another company, supporting a related program, for a position with a 15% pay increase and a location closer to home. I was candid with PAE as it came up and they were good about it. Within a week, PAE gave me an out of cycle 4.5% raise saying they couldn't match the offer, but it was what they could manage at the moment. Things like that have been rare in the industry and it was enough to convince me to stay. I would work at PAE again. I eventually left to take a position with the federal government.

Work hard; ask questions; seek answers; always consider the options; find the truth; be aggressive but not intimidating.
