Cons: Lack of communication, scheduling, documentation. Low pay. Very poor computer apps for logging time, jobs, documents, parts.

JD Young is first class the Service Teams are the best I’ve seen in my 30 years working in the industry. Management has its flaws but for the most part do a good job. The owners treat all employees like family and have kept all employees employed and paid during Corvus-19 BS while a lot of companies in the industry furloughed field service staff. Over all is a great company and I’m glad to be a part of the service team.
