Pros: The plethora of ridiculously antiquated systems demands creativity for actionable data, and you end up learning a lot out of necessity.
Cons: I fail to see what this company values in its employees, I fail to see any real direction or vision, especially for technical roles, and there’s are far more barriers than opportunities both in the technical world and the business world.
