Senior CRA - Stress For Money, Is It Worth It.
Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA):
Pros: Salary in East Europe provides above average to high income, compared to the rest of the business.
Cons: Regular Overtime - not payed or compensated in 90% of the cases, stress. Overall I have 7 years of experience and most of my colleagues and friends co-workers hate the job. We all do it for the money- and at a certain point even money can't make you stay, as is my personnel case. I wouldn't recommend the job to anyone, however I make more money than most of my friends.
