Pros: It's different every day as I'm involved with projects as well as daily support tasks. I get to influence how the business progresses with projects and offer technical advice. I interact with lots of different people/3rd parties. The job is flexible, the main place of work is near to home.
Cons: Currently a lack of training and development opporunities. No real mentor/guidance to take my career to the next level.
