Pros: Buffalo is a wonderful city with lots of opportunities. I believe the cost of living is average for compensation received.
Cons: The weather is not always great. It’s a small city so it can be hard to “shop around” without your employer finding out.

Many hours, quite stressful but a great learning experience and better pay than a medium sized firm. The learning experiences are equal between big 4 and medium they just differ in the areas you are exposed to.
