Pros: There isn't anything I like about my job other than I receive a paycheck.
Cons: Everything. My direct manager talks down to everyone. He acts like everyone is ignorant. He acts like he is doing all the employees a favor by keeping them on staff. Male chauvinistic actions are exhibited by my direct manager and assistant manager towards females. Discrimination towards white employees.

As a Security Supervisor where I am assigned it can be better if our officers were treated fairly and paid better it is a shame that we are asked so much and to be paid so little.
