Ok company to work for. They like any company have there pros and cons. The training class could be more infomercial on each site and the details to that site. Also communication is a huge down fall it seems. Pros, they try their best to work with you on your schedule when you first start with the company.

It's stressful dealing with irate customer's having to watch for theft and watching the money move in and out of the store.

Pros: I enjoy the freedom off not having my supervisor always watching over you and we are expected to do our jobs without constant supervision
Cons: Workers are not compensated for how long they have been with the company when the pay scale raises. Causing them to lose out on things like COLA and to be making barely above starting pay.
