I love the job but supervisor don’t know how talk their employees.

Pros: Quite most the time
Cons: Again they don’t know how to talk to people like adults. And anything the officers have concerns about it’s not being taken serious

Love hate relationship.
Security Officer in Las Vegas:
Pros: I love the feeling of providing a sense of security to those around me. I enjoy being a resource to those in need or being of assistance when I can. I like the interaction between worker and patron.
Cons: Really low compensation. Bonuses aren't paid on time or never. Your job is always held over your head, even if you're sick tending to the sick or maintaining through a pandemic with the rest of the world. If you call off, you will be fired.

Cons: Micromanaging, non caring management, underpaid, etc.

Pros: Cincinnati is a great city with many places to visit and vacation. In general the people are great.

It has its ups and downs.

Pros: Working by myself.
Cons: Other employees always quitting, they hire whoever and the cycle continues. They don't seem to care about our area out here. I also don't like we do not get night differential in our pay we work from 10pm-8am Sun night-Fri night and 8pm-7:15am on Sat night to Sunday morning and I think we deserve more night pay for working these hours.

Pros: my direct manager, flex pay!
Cons: branch offices are crap, operation/client managers are crap. no communication between corporate offices. officers are literally peons to corporate!
