If u get into the job you will be lucky to every see u wage increase and it never as good as people say there are few benefit u get treated like dirt and they expect the world of u sadly this is the truth about working security in Britain and no your be lucky to have a social life at all with it.

Pros: Easy to get time off and personalized schedule.
Cons: Have to pay for uniforms that they want back when you leave, non existent benefits or are extremely hard to use. No paid vacation, no employee loyalty, no paid training and union dues that automatically come out but offer absolutely no benefits.

Pros: The people.
Cons: The wages, no coverage, bad working conditions.

Negotiating raises.
Security Guard:
I wished I had asked for a raise on a yearly basis...or at least irregularly, instead of never. I thought I was ahead of the rest in the beginning, and was satisfied. As the economy grew worse for the middle class over the last decades, I was worried they could find others desperate for a job, even though I knew I was better for the employer.

Work with enthusiasm, be a good listener and keep your mind free of stress although it is a hard thing to do but try not to be harsh on visitors.By wearing a full company uniform you represent the company and you are the ambassador or the face of your company.Try to sell your company to the clients!
