Pros: The only good part about working for MSS is my current location of employment.
Cons: The fact that they get contracts by getting guards to be labourers, The fact that once you are in a position you will not get a better job at the company for at least 10 years and the fact that i am not only a security guard and labourer but also the chief fire warden, chief first aid officer and all for the low price of $22.62 an hour.

Could be better if management had better skills and actuall.

Cons: Lack of proper uniform that you need. Gossip around that gives you a bad name.
