Pros: Beautiful city, with a bustling city life and rich in areas to explore. Locals enjoy the City and are very proud of their heritage. Majority of the population is of mix race origin and proud of it.
Cons: Gangsterism and drugs are rampant in the slumps (Cape Flats) resulting in high crime rate in that areas.

Pros: Dealing with all types of individuals and providing Security & Concierge Services with the highest level of excellence! Solving problems and preventing Safety and Security breaches. Executing quality Customer service while maintaining code of ethics and treating people with the utmost kindness, courtesy and respect.
Cons: When the elevators malfunction and cause hardship and inconvenience to the residents. When the response time of the technician is substandard and further compounds the problem.
