Pros: I'm lucky enough to have a 15 minutes drive downtown where I work, and the ability to transition from downtown to midtown to a college town to a mountain him and back home- no more than 30 minutes from one to the other- is amazing.
Cons: You need to basically be indoors for 3 months a year
