What is it like working as a Secretary?

Room for growth.
Secretary in Pretoria:
I wish I had known that all promises to develop me would never happen and that the skills levy deducted from me would not work for me in terms of developing my career. I wish I knew that there was no HR department physically in the company but instead a contracting labour company handling all HR issues. Had there been an HR department, there would be proper handling of performance reviews as well as salary reviews.

The more you do the more that is expected of you, try to stick within your job spec unless you are interested in branching out. If so outline all criteria, terms and pay before commencing with works.

I dont like my job because I work in hot garage.
Secretary:
Pros: That I'm able to help out the Spanish ladies who cant speak English.
Cons: My boss said he would get me an ac I work in a garage for the past 3 months. He said he would get an office soon but I don't like it much. I'm always having to drink water to stay dehydrated. He also hits on me frequently and makes me feel uncomterble.
