Good people misguided management.
Second Press Operator:
Pros: The days off are nice and the people I work with are good hardworking people who are fun to work with.
Cons: Switching days to nights every 4 weeks, sub par pay mediocre benefits that require you and your family to jump through hoops and perform biometric screenings or you get penalized, in the form of weekly surcharge on what you pay for coverage. Leadership seems disconnected with the average employee things seem not well thought out or executed by management team.
