Pros: I have the unique situation of being the only seamstress on site.
Cons: Business is dependent on tourist industry. During COVID-19 I have gone from 0 hours a week to 18 hours a week. Fortunately my benefits were maintained. 5 years ago I was hired as a full time employee (35 hours a week) with benefits.
