You need to look at everything from your buyers eyes. You need to get inside their head and think what they would be thinking, understand why they may or may not be interested. Don't be afraid to ask for the order and if they say no, ask why so that you can understand what you need to do to change it into a yes.

I love it! But, I feel I'm not making as much as I should.

Pros: Interacting with people, making kids smile, and making sure that I can give our customers the best experience possible.
Cons: Half the crew doesn't do their job, I feel I'm making the least amount of money on the crew, yet I'm doing my job, plus half of everyone else's. And management is lousy.

Pros: I love speaking to new and old customers as I am good with ym mouth, love the feekling of making money.
Cons: The hours are 7:30 till %:30 sat at a desk !

Believe in yourself. Sales boils down to you. If you believe in yourself and what you are selling, you will sell it. You have to have a passion for helping others and putting up with a lot of crap along the way. Don't let others tell you that you can't. Always believe you CAN.
