Cons: Too little payroll+too many expectations for existing employees to cover multiple positions +a corporate office out of touch with day to day store operations = an exodus of long timers.

Cons: The company’s corporate office has been steadily making choices that are driving the company into the ground. Underpaid, overworked staff that isn’t compensated for workload, and high credit application number expectations are both contributing to a higher turnover rate than any retailer in the country.
