Enjoyable, challanging.

Pros: Helping customers solve design problems, and educate them on the. Features and benefits of the products we offer.
Cons: For my level of knowledge, skills, and experience I am paid the same as coworkers who lack any of the life or work experience, skills and educational background I can contribute. I can't meet my expenses on this job. I have to work on almost every holiday.

Sales Specialist in Amherst:
Good insurance package, retirement, vacation and personal time off. Pay is lousy for the experience, knowledge and level of responsibility.

Pros: Upper management puts trust in your decision making, employees are not watched over or monitored. Dress is casual, comradery between most associates.
Cons: Pay is not equivalent to what you are worth or contribute to the company profits.

Cons: I have to work on a phone for majority of my time, with a heavily monitored use of adherence tracking for time management.

Working and interning helps you build a resume with experience. Show your ability to get the job done, and do it professionally, and then the references will speak for you. Network, network, network. Always be networking and meeting people who are in your field of employment and who are in a field you might like to go into in the future. These folks will be your referrals into new jobs, positions, and companies.
