Must be a multi-tasker!
Sales Operations Manager:
I have grown a LOT over the short time I have become an Operations Manager. You have to be flexible and be able to drop everything and attend to any "fire" you need to put out. You constantly feel like you are being pulled in different directions throughout the day, and you're still responsible to manage your own projects. Dealing with people is harder than I thought, but I love it!!
